On March 7, 2023, senior associate Thuha Nguyen secured a defense verdict in the 149th Judicial District Court in Brazoria County, Texas before Honorable Jessica Pulcher.
Wilkins represented a defendant in a personal injury lawsuit. Following deliberations of approximately thirty minutes, the Jury rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of the defendant and, significantly, found that a responsible third party was 100% negligent and responsible for the accident. The Plaintiffs, in this case, were represented by Sarah Presutti of The Presutti Law Firm, P.C. located in San Antonio, Texas.
